Does the TouchLok have a warranty?
We provide a 30 day limited warranty to address any product-related concerns. Please be aware that all TouchLok returns undergo investigation to determine the root cause of the issue, aiming to prevent similar occurrences in the future. It's important to note that damages resulting from user negligence, such as water damage or accidental drops, are NOT covered under this warranty. Kindly obtain a ticket number from our customer service team, which will serve as a reference for your interactions with us and for any troubleshooting video or audio recordings.
How long does it typically take to receive a replacement device?
Once we have received the defective device, you can anticipate receiving the replacement within 7 to 10 days.
