To return/exchange a LapLok purchase within 30 days of purchase: Please contact our Customer Service Department at Returns@laplok.com.
Upon customer service approval, we will provide you with a Customer Return Authorization (CRA) number as well as shipping instructions for your return package. Refunds and exchanges are subject to company approval.
Please note we do not provide return labels. Shipping, handling charges are not refundable.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item and determined that you have followed the proper return instructions, we will process the refund.
You’ll be refunded automatically on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Otherwise, we will notify you if the refund is rejected.
