Does SideEye Phone Mount offer a warranty?

We provide a 30 day limited warranty to address any product-related concerns. The SideEye Phone Mount is a one-time use adhesive. Used SideEye Phone Mounts will not be accepted as returns unless there are product related quality issues. Please email Customer Support at contact-us@laplok.com. Please be aware that all SideEye Phone Mount returns undergo investigation to determine the root cause of the issue, aiming to prevent similar occurrences in the future. Kindly obtain a ticket number from our customer service team, which will serve as a reference for your interactions with us and for any troubleshooting video or audio recordings.

How long does it typically take to receive a replacement device?

Once we have received the defective device, you can anticipate receiving the replacement within 14 days.
